General Guidelines

• Submissions can only be made by Registered Members and ISQ Members.
• You will need to log in, following which a new 'Submit Your Opinion section will ppear on the left
• Submssions will be identified with the Display Name chosen on Registration. If you want your real name to be published, or your name to be withheld, include this at the bottom of your submission.

We will not publish submissions which are

• Slanderous
• Vindictive
• Make personal attacks
• Vilify or otherwise deride any individual or group
• Patently untrue
• Identify any individual without their consent.
• Are not appropriate in the spirit of this site.
• Contain foul or abusive language.

We do however, respect everyones opinion, and where a submision is deemed unfit for publication, we will replace the content with the wording 'This article was deemed inappropriate for publication due to (reason). A copy of the article can be obtained by contacting us. This will ensure that all opinions are available to those who are interested in them.

It is our view that the publication of 'open letters' to indivduals is a thinly disgiused personal attack which serves no constructive purpose.

How to make a submission:

• LogIn ir Register
• Select the Section approppriate to your submission from those available on the left.
• Select the appropriate category or heading from the dropdown box
• Enter the title of your submission

• Write your opinion.
• Click the tick, or diskette icon at the top of the page.
